Video Program Videography Program
In partnership with LATV, the videography group uses real club events to produce videos for the web site and for local access television. Member's experience includes video, still pictures and interview skills. Each student will have a chance to use Photoshop and Pinnacle programs to produce professional products. It will be fun!


Healthy Habits
This program for Kids ages 8 to 12 aims to incorporate healthy living and active learning in every part of the club experience, Healthy Habits, which is also the "Mind" component of Triple Play: A Game for the Mind, Body and Soul, emphasizes good nutrition, regular physical activity and improving overall well-being.
Science Club for Girls
Our mission is to increase the self-confidence and science literacy of K–12th grade girls belonging to groups that are underrepresented in the sciences, through free, after school programs that provide experiential learning, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. Girls work with mentor-scientists who model and foster leadership, affirm college as an expectation, and promote careers in science and technology as goals and options. >>More
Kids Capture Their Universe
Developed by MIT Kavli Institute in collaboration with the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, KCU is an astronomy apprenticeship attended by middle school students across New England. It's a 10 week experience that shows Boys & Girls Club members how to process and interpret images taken with the robotic Micro Observatory telescope network.
Youth Garden Club
The Youth Garden Club provides the youth of the B&G Club of NCM with the opportunity to learn how to grow, can and cook their own food, to enjoy the health and environmental benefits of locally and organically grown produce, to give back to those in the community who are less fortunate, the fruits of their labor .
Imagine Mars
The Imagine Mars Project is a national arts, sciences, and technology education initiative that leads students to work together with scientists, engineers, artists, and civic leaders to design and share a futuristic Mars community for 100 people.

SMART Girls
An outgrowth of the popular and effective SMART Moves program, SMART Girls is a health, fitness, prevention/education and self-esteem enhancement program for girls ages 8 to17. The program is designed to encourage healthy attitudes and lifestyles that will enable early adolescent girls to develop to their full potential.
Passport to Manhood
Passport to Manhood promotes and teaches responsibility while reinforcing positive behavior in male Club members ages 11 to14. Passport to Manhood consists of 14 small-group sessions, each of which concentrates on a specific aspect of manhood through highly interactive activities. Each participant is issued his own "Passport" to underscore the idea that he is on a journey of maturation and personal growth.
Power Hour: Making Minutes Count
A comprehensive homework help and tutoring program, Power Hour is designed to raise the academic proficiency of Club members.
Torch Club
This small-group leadership development program, is targeted to youth ages 11 to 13. Within some 1300 Torch Clubs across the country, members elect officers and plan and implement their own activities and community service projects. Each Torch Club receives an official charter from Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Keystone Clubs
Keystone Clubs are chartered small group leadership development clubs for young people ages 14 to 18. Keystoners elect officers, choose their own activities and plan and implement community service projects. A national charter entitles a Keystone Club to participate in regional and national Keystone conferences.
Art
A chance for the members of the Boys and Girls Club to get together to color, craft, and create!
