Registration Information

   A non-refundable Payment of $50 for each session is due at the time of sign up. The fee is $90 per child, per session, which will include all activities, breakfast and lunch. The balance of $40 must be received before a child is allowed to attend. If you are signing up two children, the first child is $90 and the second child is $60.00.  If you have a third child, their sign-up fee will be $30.00. There are no refunds or credits for missed days.  This will be strictly enforced. Space is limited and we cannot reserve your space without payment. There are no exceptions. Our fees are kept reasonably low so that many children may have the opportunity to attend the summer program. Therefore, it is very important that everyone adheres to the schedule and payment of registration fees. The Boys & Girls Club of North Central Ma will implement a waiting list for interested families.  If space becomes available, payment or deposit will be expected within three days of notification.If payment is not received within this time, the next family on the waiting list will be notified.  We will only start a waiting list when a session becomes full.
           
  Breakfast & Lunch will be provided each day, however, these meals are provided through an outside agency, so we may not know the meal selection ahead of time.  We will make every effort to obtain a menu of meals and make that available to you. If preferred, you may send your child with a snack and/or lunch. Swim trips will be scheduled throughout the summer.  We only swim when a lifeguard is on duty.  Swimming is always an optional activity. A schedule will be provided at the start of each session which will list specific activities and trips.  Please refer to this schedule and ensure that your child is dressed appropriately for each day’s activity.  We do not issue separate permission slips for each trip.  We assume that by sending your child to the club that day that he/she has your consent to participate.  Your questions, suggestions and feedback are always welcome by calling Unit Director, Rocco Spagnuolo, 978.534-8358, Ext. 18 or rocco@bgcncma.org
